Technical requirements Programs used by us:
Corel Draw 13 (*.cdr)
Adobe illustrator CS2 (*.ai, *.eps, *.pdf)
FreeHand MX (*.fh)
Comments: Designs created in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, etc., ARE NOT suitable.

Designs can be submitted via:
CD/DVD
USB
FTP (ask a sales representative for ftp contact information)
E-mail

Pictures:
Raster pictures must be in *.tif or *.psd format.
Pictures must be in two variations: linked picture and the included separate solution must be at least 300 dpi Comments: Pictures, logos, etc., taken from Internet web pages are not suitable for printing!

Fonts:
Fonts must be in two variations:
1) font converted into curved lines (…curves, paths)             
2) open font (requires that fonts are included with the design)

Colours:
The colour system must be CMYK or SPOT. Make sure that the design does not contain objects in RGB or LAB or another colour system.
Make sure that the black text for work done in CMYK is such that C-0%, M-0%, Y-0%, K-100%, and not across several colours. The same applies to the EAN code.
Comments: In order for the transmission of colours to be as accurate as possible, it is always possible to order Chromaline!

Other requirements:
Please, don’t send any over prints. Especially onto white objects!!!
Don’t forget to include the bleed. Approximately 3-5 mm for each outside edge. Especially when the picture extends to the form line!

What we do:
* retouching of the design
* processing of pictures
* controlling of colours
* trace and overprint montage work

What we don’t do:
* we don’t prepare new designs; which means that:
* we do not make corrections in large text
* do not redraw designs 
For example: a raster picture is not redrawn into vectors
